Changes V Dees

Weird to see Prestia named on the bench. He's played the last 5 games.
Won't be totally surprised if he misses this one through management but he has had a 9 day break so who knows really.

If Shai starts as a follower as named because they realise we need speed in the mix around the ball then it is only natural that one of Hopper Tarranto Prestia don't start there, then again how the team lines up on paper is less relevant by the day, a lot of ducks and drakes.

Pleased to see Bolton named on the ball. We need him to star, and in that role, if we are to have any chance.

Ditto Miller in a forward and ruck role also makes sense. He keeps showing glimpses but needs to do much much more.

I wonder if Shorty will actually play. He may not be risked in a game where current form suggests we will take a beating.
Bauer, Clark, Prestia and Sonsie to be named on the bench. Cotch as sub.

Mansell, Maurice, McIntosh, Miller and NV in particular, must be disappointed with last week. Lets hope they get involved early.

Long time since I felt so negative about a game.
Cannot see how we could possibly win this.
For starters, our two "ruckmen" are boys in men's clothing, against possibly the two best rucks going around.
Then we have to cope with once again arguably the best midfield in the comp.
That is only for starters.
Convince me we can at least be somewhat competitive.
We will be competitive till the first bounce. How's that??

Watched a couple of 2018 games the other night and to be honest the ONLY major difference i can see from the way we were playing then to now is our off the ball movement and hunger to run. Our kicking was just as bad as it is now. Handballing the same. Difference was our running. We didn't stop running with or without the ball. That always gave us options when defending and attacking.
We also had much more speed around the ground. If we raise our appetite for the contest and get some fresh legs into the side then the team is capable of doing anything as we saw for a qtr in the Doggies game and Swans.
By the way how we let Butler leave and kept George is mind boggling. Was such a superior player to George. People also forget Caddy. He was such a crucial player to our system. Strong, Smart and kicked important goals. Don't think we have ever replaced him. Cumbo probably the closest fit.

…..: and their defence with lever back will destroy our forwards…… but our defence will break even.

Gawn, lever back, dees at full strength, can't see us getting within 40 points,
Hope for a win but at this stage,I've reverted back to feeling that a win is a dream.

Have zero confidence after they gave up against Sydney. Melobourne 6 goals to 1 at quarter time and will stay around the same margin at the end.
Dumb 50's by Reiwoldt, Vlastuin, and Bolton, with Marlion getting reamed by a howler and a report. That selection of umpires will be as inconsistent in their decisions than any other grouping you could come up with. Absolute muppets three of them. As a collective they are a war crime.
Samson to kick 2. Cumbo to kick 2, and plenty of shanks, scrubbers, and turnovers going forward by the rest. Benny Hill will make a few appearances down back.

I don't reckon he's 100% with his pec.
Also looked to have calf issues in the 3rd QTR last week.

I think he rolled an ankle in the 3rd quarter last week in a tackle. Was looking good in the 1st half.

I reckon if Bauer was debuting there would be a video about it by now on the Richmond website, get the impression he will be emergency.

I would rest Prestia if he is sore. We will need him against our fellow bottom four teams the Suns and Eagles the following two weeks.
