Changes against Collingwood.

HR those times will come for the 2nd tier players I am sure but given the vast significance of this game we need to muster those that have been there and done that.A 7-4 win loss ratio at the half way mark will send shivers through the comp.
Indeed it may, I think we got shivers last week.
I don't want shivers though from our old team I want to know if we can put the fear of God through the comp with our new team.
Go tigers

I heard a whisper that another backman may be tried as a forward. Dimma is throwing the magnets around after some success last week.

You'll need to make an minor adjustment @spook, Marlion won't be available for selection this week :( , most likely next.

Peter Burge saying that it looks promising for Marlion after Tuesday's running session and they'll see on Thursday when he rejoins the main group.
If so happy to be wrong.

Nah, Tarrant. You know it makes sense. but it probably wont be.

the one who might need to make a shift, for their own sake, and for team balance is Ben Miller.
If Miller is to have a future, it is only in defence, Paul.

the backline suits him better, but right now he is behind Balta, Gibcus, Grimes, Broad, Tarrant and probably Biggie. He probably wont get another game this season if Balta stays back (unless Gibcus moves forward).
up forward we have Jack and Lynch, followed by Soldo and Ryan. he doesnt have to be much good to be our 3rd best tall forward.

Sampson Ryan to miss the reserves. Dimma could play Tarrant in the twos in the ruck to get some run in the legs and get him involved. He could rest forward.

Interesting if it rains. Soldo might miss. On Broad. He has been fantastic but he basically becomes redundant with our current set up. Has been a very good flossy substitute. Maybe he goes forward or sub.

George is miles ahead of Miller as a tall forward. So is Stack.

i cant see how a quality hard running, gutsy defender who is equally adept at playing small or tall, while intercepting and providing link up play from defence could ever be redundant. 4 Nathan Broads alongside 1 Noah Balta and 1 Dan Rioli would be the perfect backline.

i wouldnt move him, but maybe the MC thinks those qualities will translate into a useful 3rd forward.

Ralphsmith & Dow picked bad times to get injured.
Whilst they've shown some good signs in their senior appearances & will learn from it, both will likely resume through the VFL.
