can we beat the Freakmantle Shockers ?

We are going to need an extra runner on the big Subiaco oval, so for that reason only I'd bring Gordon in for Cialis, he'd be stiff to miss out but we're going to need a bit more run.
Vickery if fit to come in for McBean.

Big risk to have Ty (coming back very early from a bad knee) and Griff who was definitely was carrying a hip for last game, both are huge for structures, would keep Liam in as with the bigger ground he should find more space and absolute worst case still give Ivan a chop out..

Yes that's a fair point, it will be interesting which they go because as you said he is important for structure.
Gordon needs to improve a lot, but i do think on the big ground his run would be very handy.

Not saying we will win , but i also think this has come at a good time for us ,

Our confidence is on the up , and there is the real chance they will be taking us lightly ,

I just have a sneaky feeling that we are going to go very close in the this one. Not sure we will win but we will run the dockers close at the very least.

We have to attack them and we probably have to get in front early so they need to attack the game. if they get 3-4 in front they are masters at closing the game down. A guy like Edwards is a key to this game, doing something different to break the game open.

I don't think we can beat them at their own game. We have to aim to kick a decent score not to restrict them.

"If it bleeds, we can kill it".

Tigers are clearly high on the smell of blood. You can tell there's no fear going into this one.

Menadue/Ellis/McBean/McIntosh need to perform above their age though. Tempted by Gordon for this very reason, but I don't want to see him fumbling under Fremantle's pressure.

I'm not sure gordon LIkes being sub before coming on.
I think he may get too much time to think. I don't know for sure, but he might be the guy I'd sub off (or play all game) rather than sub on.

I think you are probably right.

His fumbling of the ball might be nerves, it's the main thing stopping him from being a handy player.

Nat Fyfe

Who plays on him? Do we hard tag or go head to head? Do we tag in the middle and defender when he goes forward? Rance all game?

My vote is give vlaustin a big job!

Send him out to do a lap of honour before the team runs out, just to warm up the crowd.

Would think Dockers fans would love him. Anyone who knocks out an Eagles player would be a Dockers poster boy, surely?

yeah, they were well happy with Plasma's efforts last year when he slapped cox and knocked one out

Like to see Grimes and flossy take on Fyfe but flossy has first crAck :) would also like to see Batchlor flatten Pavs nose so when he hangs up the hat every morning he looks in the mirror he remembers a Tiger did that
