Sorry but this is one of the dumbest posts i've ever read. Trade our number one pick after 3 seasons. Good one mate. How long did it take Luke Hodge to become the player he is? A long time let me tell you. Lids is a future leader of this club. You can't go making stupid comments like this. I bet the next good game he plays you'll be changing your mind again.

I never said he was trade bait, I said perhapes it would be best if we got rid of him and get somthing good in return, while he still has value.

Glad you thinks it is just one big joke BLX. Maybe the last 25 years have been a joke for you as well. we've made the finals only twice in that timespan. It's time to be honest about where our list is at the moment and it's not good. You guys all live in a fairytale world thinking Richmond list will be good enough in 2-3 years, well it won't be. Even our better players need scrutinizeing when they are capable of better. wake up people.

Needs to be played as a full time mid, that's why we drafted him. It;s a waste of talent to play him elsewere

Ive been scratching my head on him being used as a fulltime foward,

was'nt he supposed to be Judd like, in playing style,

A running ,damaging midfielder I thought was his worth.

Sadly, we arent good enough to have players like Lids playing up forward.

Has to be played up the ground, and learn how to deal with taggers.

Brett - the time has come, you need to start working harder, and playing football in two directions. Its not enough to run hard when we have the ball.

Lids summed up our game - went missing for most of it yet showed plenty in spurts.

Far and away our best player in the second half. Even a more importnat fact when you consider that he was one of our worst in the first half.

Most effort I have seen Lids show in his entire time at Richmond.

Well done.

The only time we looked half dangerous tonight was when King, Lids, Newy and Foley were running it through the midfield.
The others are either too slow, have no awareness, run in circles or pass to stationary targets.
Its up to Wallace to build a running team around these guys. If he doesnt, he only has himself to blame when he gets the boot.

Why? That is absolute nonsense. Members like you think you know it all, when infact you know not much about the game. You probably could never play the game and just sit there each week in all your glory.
