Don't be fooled by his possessions today...obviously better than last week...something isn't right with him...he doesn't look happy...his body language suggests he has been stung by his coach.
Noone appears to know where to play him right now.
I would have thought Wallace would have played him in the middle to allow him to redeem himself from last week's shocker. Instead he favoured Krakouer and Howat with stints in the middle helping out Foley and Sugar.
Wallace has to persevere with him in the middle...he needs to learn to win the hard ball now whilst his young...
If he is going to be our next leader...he must prove to us he can lead from the front.
TERRY WALLACE PLEASE LEAVE DELEDIO IN THE MIDDLE...HE NEEDS TO LEARN THE ART OF WINNING THE HARD BALL...this is what is stopping his progression in becoming a star.
Wallace teach him that art...you were a master at Hawthorn winning that hard ball...surely it isn't hard to relay those skills to Brett.
We need 2 more Nathan Foleys in the team...and if Brett Deledio and Richard Tambling learn that hard ball craft then we are in for some exciting times in years to come.
