Brandon Ellis

Yep this kid is great. Plays the percentages and doesn't stuff up ever really, fantastic decision making skills. Confidence is sky high.

A good thing about having big name players like Cotchin, Deledio and Dustin in the side is that blokes like Ellis can go about their work and not worry about being tagged for a while. Won't be long the way he's going though.

Getting better after a so-so middle part of the year.

Dry grounds and September weather will suit him.

Recruiting has been great recently. Tough good decision makers and desperate to win. Ellis gonna be a star getting better n better. Vlas the same. Conca to a certain extent also.

Agree with all this above about his good game today.
And just as an aside - at the start of the match he shook hands with his opponent. That hardly happens these days and I'm not saying it's significant - just that I noticed it.

I'd disagree with you there. I don't think he's ever been so so this year. Either very solid, good or great.

If you take out his sub games at the start of the year and concussion game he's averaging 24 disposals a game. It's only his 2nd year.

Relax, not over pick 20. It's been shithouse

Have said this to plenty but maybe not here: Eliis might just end up the best of them all. Work rate mentioned, overhead, courage, poise, kicking, physique, speed. Looks like he is loving playing.no sign at all that he won't keep improving.

I think he's a solid citizen too and popular. Great guy to have in the team and a fine fine player

If this kid isn't in the top 25 players in the comp in the next 5-6, Ive got no idea.
Poise, clean, runs and looks like a real team player,
BUT he is still a selection under 20 :hihi

Agree Barnzy. Killed it in rounds 7, 8 and 12 after the injury comeback. Games were against Port, Dees especially, and the crows.

Yes he is a great player. And a few more seasons under his belt learning a few more tricks look out.
