Just had more touches than the chimp or Lids has ever had.
Huge, massive, imperious game for a bloke only into his second year, against any opposition. Guarantee the bummers will look closely at him

griggs was OK today I thought. game high 6 tackles. I preferred Brandons 25 poss last week to his 39 this week. Very outside today, which is ok - I still gave him BOG. He could be a smokey for tigers most brownlow votes

Ellis, Flossy and Conca were seen as being taken too early by RFC in their respective drafts. I reckon FJ and his team have done well to follow what they believe and not the BigFooty Phantom Draft hive mind which seems to feed the media as well.

We got bargains at where we took them so far with Liz and Floss. Conca, god damn I love him, just abouts ILO, but a big scope to improve but

16 in the first quarter, next player had 9. Was simply outstanding. Tough as nails and can he mark a footy. Not a great result for us tonight but you can't help be a bit excited by a midfield of Cotchin, Deldio, Martin, Ellis, Conca and Valustin over the next few years.

Superb game.
The only blot on his performance was that a number of his kicks went sideways and backwards.

Brought his own ball today. I was hoping for one more touch to make it 40. As Phil said he and Vlastuin were two positives to come out of a pretty uninspiring game of football.

The possession count isn't what excited me about his performance anyway. The backwards and sideways kicks are obviously a game plan for the switecherooi. I actually don't mind the possession game as long as you look for options forward of you first.
