Brandon Ellis

I like Brandon but he's been poor this year.

Some old bad habits creeping back into his game.

He's shirked a quite a few marks this year and have all resulted in turn overs.

Also I was thinking it could also to be to freshen him up a bit with a short turn around. I expect he'll be back in the following week.

Fantastic decision. Needed a wake up call.
Well done Dimma and the selectors.

He's an outside runner with a big kick.
Suited our earlier free running bruise free game plan.
But struggles with our pressure style.

Harsh for the Bobble, but we're the reining premiers with every club in the country trying to nail us, plus we have a bunch of players all around the best 18 to 28 mark on the list. Good form must be rewarded during the season just as poor form needs to be addressed with a spell in the magoos n refresh.

His output took a massive hit during the finals last year where his avg. disposals basically halved during the 3 finals games. Reckon the extra physicality didn’t suit him and his confidence went down and hasn’t recovered.

Got some work to do to get back in to the team.

Trade bait. If we're to lose a premiership player, Brando won't hurt given we have Short, Menadue and Markov ready to take his spot, and Naish to come. We'd get a decent pick given his rep.

Doubt he'd be traded now. He's a great clubman and a ripping good bloke. He's been a part of the reason for our trade success recently. Lots of work put in helping get some mates to the Tiges. His job isn't finished yet.

Good observation, was def quietest player during finals , while most found a gear he played at half the level he s capable , he s a 25p + a week , 14-16 won’t hold a spot for a seasoned player
