Ben Lennon

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Did more in one game than Gordon, Lambert and Morris have done all year.

Has class written all over him.

Can see a lack of work rate though and defensive pressure- so can see why they've kept him out of the team.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

good game. kicked the 3 goals we needed in the end!

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Goals versus star jumps.

Not sure 3 goals will be enough to keep Lennon playing when Morris averages more than double that with 7 star jumps a week.

Time will tell.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Amazing what happens when we play our forwards in the ones as forwards .

They actually kick goals

Mitch Duncan should be his prototype .

Has plenty of ability , hopefully he gets a fair go as his is da fly what we need

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Nice game by Ben. Amazing what happens when you give someone a chance.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Plays the rest of the year.

A natural footy talent!

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

It was great that he kicked three. I hope he gets thirst for it and for fights to the death for his place in the team.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

In his first 9 games has kicked 2 & 4 goals and has been vested severely times.

Get's marked very harshly. Definite future. If Newman gets games ahead of him something is wrong. Way wrong.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Equalled Morris's highest disposal count this year, kicked 3 goals, 5 contested possies in only 75% game time. Yeah it's just one game but he showed how much higher he can improve compared to those who have already been given enough chances. Needs to play through to end of the season.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Best game I've seen from Lennon. Got his opportunities and took them, was the beneficiary of some very loose marking by St Kilda, too.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

good goals was the difference on the board... but I feel he does not work hard enough or looks slow off the ball,I can't explain it.... maybe it's just tank and a couple of preseasons... anyways must stay in... now just need to ship out Newman.

Doesn't work anywhere near hard enough.

Not even close to being convinced myself

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

3 goals and 9 kicks better than Morris, but doesnt star jump on the mark with nearly enough panache.

Drop

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

This boy has got talent. He may be a little slow to develop/mature than others, yet he will get there in the end, particularly after another pre-season under his belt, and when he does we will be mighty pleased that he's wearing the Yellow and Black. Could well be a 150-gamer for RFC.
