Don't you have better things to do with your life

What, like make negative stuff up about young footballers and post it on an internet forum?

Was actually interested that you may have some inside knowledge.

Ill leave the made up stories to other Merveille.

I have been a fan of Ben's since we drafted him, was more than happy to give him the benefit of the doubt, with health issues and alike. But I have been told quite a bit about what transpired during contract renegotiations last year by a reasonable source, that has been pretty accurate in the past. So more than happy with the comments I made.

Bickering aside, can this bloke actually play? Could he be an asset to our team. For mine, he seemed to never good hands. I ask this, assuming his head is in the right place and he applies himself.

If he was focused and was prepared to bust a gut, then yes.

Can kick, can take a grab and loves a goal.

I had high expectations for Ben when he first arrived thought he was going to be a 35 to 40 goal forward for us.

Who knows he could turn it around in the right hands.

Being dropped for the final with lloyd was possible the worst selection stuff up I've ever seen..can anyone name a worse one ??
Pretty sure Ben's form the last couple of weeks before the final was pretty bloody ordinary, so no surprise he was dropped. Lloyd was the perennial green vest player in 2015 n probably also struggled a few times to impact late in the season, also no surprise he was dropped for the final.

There's a massive difference between the two players for season 2016 though n it's all between the ears.

Ben's held out over contract renegotiation n was rumoured to be part of the Yazzy trade, has done virtually nothing to cement a spot during the year and now wants to be traded out after achieving the spectacular career level of not very much.
Lloyd on the other hand has put the head down n bum up over pre season and had a very impressive full season of footy in 2016.

Fair enough, let's hope he finds 20% from somewhere..

Wasn't that all Merveille asked in the first place?

I actually can't work out what type of player Lennon is, or needs to be.

He's not particularly quick. Doesn't really strike me as a third tall. Doesn't seem to have the goal sense of a Lloyd type. He's a bit betwixed and between is Benjamin. He needs to find his strength and develop it, or he'll be out the door.

That's the reason he should never have been recruited, Midsy.

Lennon
Cripps
McCarthy

A slow, no leap #3 forward
A big aggressive, underskilled inside mid
A bouncy full-forward, #3 forward

Pick the odd one out.

Cripps? The others are members of The Beatles.
