I'd be happy if Ben remained at Richmond for another year. As some have pointed out, it would be a make or break year for him. If he puts in the hard yards the success will come. If not, it's probably his last year as an AFL player.

He had some health/injury issues in 2016, and when he did get a game, it was in a dysfunctional team. Let's put 2016 aside for a moment.
If he's with the Tigers in 2017 it's either his breakout year or it's over. I think he can make the grade.
