I don't he'd much good, but I was hoping like hell a few clubs would disagree, seems not.

This poor kids gonna get a shock on $35K as a brickies labourer.

The lack of interest might just be the kick up the arse he needs.
Lacks pace but is great overhead. If he can work hard on his tank, could be a 30 goal half forward.

Regardless of what one thinks of him, it is surprising that he has had no interest. He was pick 12 only a couple of years ago. Prestia has gone up in value despite missing half of each of the last two seasons.

He is such a good kick could hit 40.

But because he lacks a yard he needs continuity and no injuries or illness. Needs 50 games straight

I actually think this kid can play if we can find the right pot on the field, we will regret trading him.

B2
something is there...just need to harness the talent..

He behind the scenes must have done something wrong. It seems some can play to a certain standard & get selected each week & yet others have different sets of rules. Tell me who would prefer say Taylor Hunt in the team turning it over off half back , or a young kid given a decent run at it in the forward line ?

I believe he'll be at Richmond next year.

Don't think he has much of a choice.

First round pick and no other AFL club is interested.
Another WOW moment in our drafting history.

Another example of non-existent/poor/lack of junior player development.

When you having a coach and his assistants who prefer hacks like Hunt, Moore, etc, then you get exactly the
situation you have at Punt Road.

Disagree. Rather another example of poor recruiting.

Or maybe a situation where a kid thinks he's ten times better than he is and point blank refuses to do the hard yards.
Picks and chooses when he's gunna go and not gunna go and whines when he doesn't get games served up on a plate.

This guy can kick and take a mark, gets round the park like my granny in a wheel chair and is soft.

Poor recruiting is one thing, superiority complex and sense of intitlement is another thing all together.

So many psychological warriors on PRE at the moment. People who can look into a players mental makeup and write them off from these observations.

I find it interesting that so many of our players have failed to develop let alone surpass expectation yet some can still ignore the vagaries of the way our players are managed.

There has been no clear boundary on what you need to continue to do to get a solid run in the firsts once the breakthrough has been made. To have a good game in the firsts then be slapped down by another player who does "something" the coaches want in the seconds and replaced by Mondays training run.

Lets see if a change in management philosophy cannot get a player to appear a little more mentality tougher. It cannot hurt to try.

This kid is a great mark, has sticky hands. If fit during the year, would of made a great impact or the side. Hard to match against as a third or fourth forward.

Spot on.

Don't necessary disagree Mappa. However, all such flaws should clearly be identified through the recruitment process.
