Yep, had a relative who played for the swans.
He hated Maxwell.
Maxwell was the guy that came in and raised the professional level of the club, everyone had to be held accountable.
Even coming to training late wasn't acceptable any more. No excuses.

He ruined the laid back style of the club.
 
Schulz is the only one who improved after seven years at Richmond. I wish the same circumstance on Hardwick.

was he ever AA at Geelong? serious question. i know he was with us at 21 (or thereabouts). not sure he was ever quite as good as he was that year again.

IIRC there was a complimentary mention on here of Maxfield as a recruiter.

Will not get a first rounder for him. Second round.

Potential means nothing unless it is realised. As far as I'm concerned if a guys highlights showreel is three good marks in two years we should cut our losses

we haven't and wont be delisting any first round draft picks
