Well if someone can kick goals on Morris I'm glad he's playing for us and not the opposition.
Snot nosed young wannabe kid turning Stevie Morris inside out n kicking goals , maybe young Lennon was lucky he wasn't playing on Jakey, might have got ugly.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

wonder why Ben and Lloyds (shiver: hate saying that name) profiles are'nt up on the website yet???

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

It's because we still can't quite believe they were available at picks 12 and 66.

It's because they are waiting for Ben to get a haircut. And the are waiting for Sam to change his last name to his mothers maiden name.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

From the testing Lennon doesn't appear to be as quick as a young Scott Welsh but he moves a lot like the North player Welsh. And is built like him.

Welsh furnished and was moved to KPP (at Adelaide) when he was far too light to withstand the punishment. Had a great career when fit. But had he not filled out to near 90kg he'd have made an awesome flanker.

If Ben Lennon can bring that level of glamour to the AFL he will be a senior player in his second year. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the yellow and black.

One more thing it's not a new thing. 60m kicks break games open.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Being the only kid brought into the club this year he gets the added bonus of private hook-turn tuition from Chocco. Can only accelerate his development imho.

;D very neat work, Dennis.

All the key indicators suggest this kid's going to go well.

If the media hype is to be believed, it will be exciting to watch him carve up the opposition and kick bagfulls of long goals.

And i am quietly confident, Streak, that when Lennon finally lands a spot in the team that Jack and Ty - all the forwards for that matter - will be the grateful recipients of his delightful pin-point delivery of the Sherrin ... lace out no doubt.
