Once is the tatical coach and the other is the relationship, motivator coach.
If we get Yze for tatical then we need an assistand who is a great player motivation.

My issue is not with McQualter per sè, but with the way the players might perceive him. I’m not convinced he will hold the required authority over the players when he’s been there in lesser roles. I doubt senior players would hang on his every word like they eventually did with Dimma.

A coach from the outside brings with them a new authority.

I hope he goes somewhere other than the Suns, he needs to experience another coaches system to round out his CV.
