Andrew 'Mini' McQualter

The Robert Harvey style
No Team change
No game style change
Gets the Ass
We are 6 points from being in the Eight ,we lost by one point in the dying seconds last week,so no need for many changes,if any.
It's not the game style that needs changing, it's the execution that needs to be better.

First presser. Speaks well does Mini. No Mrs McQualter references though.

Speaks very well. Disappointed there was no “formidable opposition” “fact of the matter is” or “we know where we are, but more importantly we know where we need to be” references in there.

Did he throw in a "various stages". Thought that was an RFC contractual obligation which replaced the previous contractual requirement to include a "yeah nah"

Seemed comfortable front and center. Spoke well and took it all in stride, although I am sure he would have been nervous as anyone would be at their first outing as the man/woman in charge. I hope that bodes well for what he brings on gameday.

Mini is the same age as Dimma when he started coaching us - 36. Mini has had more experience than Dimma had at that time. Dimma had been an assistant at he the Hawks for 4 years including the 2008 flag. Mini has experienced coaching our VFL side plus 3 flags. He’s ready.

I think McRae would have alluded if Leppa had alienated staff at Tigerland.
No one person is greater than the club, as Dimma said.
That is what Dimma taught.
If Leppa is selected, Mini can stay on.
Yep. Leppa or Mini for me. If we get an external it could break the chemistry we still have between coaches and players.
