Was fantastic tonight. Just needs to reduce the gap between his best (tonight) and his worst (last week).

He was the difference..... Oh and 125 super coach points, glad I've got him in my side, looking at 2400/2500 points this week.

Your effort was fantastic tonight. Some great spoiling there son. Keep it up!

That said, I would like to see you eliminate the tendency to bend so far forward in a marking contest. Make the most of the height you have!
 
Was great tonight,, expect to see a few apologies from a few people tonight. Yes it was one great game but a lot of people have refused to acknowledge his improvement. I haven't been a great fan at times, but he did nothing wrong tonight and showed a lot of composure under enormous pressure at times. Courage cannot be questioned. Well done Alex

it seems some jump the gun around here...
all these so called experts cant be wrong can they..

has improved definately.
 
Credit where it's due - best game he's played for Richmond. Looked like a determined AFL full-back tonight. The challenge now will be to follow it up. Don't question his effort or courage - believe in yourself and keep taking the game on. Chalk and cheese to last week.

perspective tho, he is still young and inexperienced, hopefully he can back it up next week
 
I think we have to give credit to the player and coaching staff. Look at the improvement of Nahas, King and now Rance. Gee we are playing some exciting footy and no doubt Rance was one of our best today. I too have to say I was wrong
 
A game like this shows he can play. More experience means he'll start to get rid of the poor games and we'll see more of these type efforts.
 
Rance is progressing far ahead of McGuane but still needs to learn more about composure.

If we had a stronger defense, McGuane would be a trade bait by now.
 
There were some great performances tonight. I thought Rances was the best. Just fantastic. Made only one bad mistake but made up for it in every other area!

Well done Alex! I always knew you had it in you!

People were quick to call for his head the other week. Real quick. Was happy for him to stay in given his improvement and he was great tonight.
