Never mind, Leysy. Our $24 bet on the Giants for the flag gives us a free hit. Especially combined with my $11 Sydney-Geelong and $10 Sydney-Hawthorn quinellas.

He certainly wasn't $2 at the jump. actually thought he was slightly disappointing in the run home, seem to miss quite a few gettable goals and didn't get a lot of the pill.

I got one for ya: backed the Giants for the flag at $24 (can still get $22 on Betfair). That will halve after they flog the Hawks today. The most talented team in the comp. Considering Hawthorn can't possibly win four in a row and everyone else is sh!t, I'm gonna let it ride (maybe lay off a little when they hit single figures).

Ha ha! Hope they do.

My mistake was not in calling the Dogs overrated, but in missing that West Coast are the most overrated, by the length of the Nullarbor.
