I might have a little covering bet on their opponents in the prelim /granny.

Unless it's the Dogs. ;D

Let it ride hey!

Dogs have a coach and game style and momentum. GWS would have preferred the Hawks. Dogs will take it right up to them. Winner will go all the way.

In their earlier meeting of 2016 GWS toyed with Footscray then put the cue in the rack in final quarter. That Footscray line-up could never reverse the result. Anywhere.

But this weekend Footscray won't be fielding that side. This a much better squad. The bacline is classes better.

NB Dahlhaus is match fit again but he was fit then and well held. And the structure is different. The stay-at-home FF is mow a change ruck. Much better structure if you can manage it. But it might be an issue if Boyd succumbs to the pressure of two adult rucks. Interesting selection issue.

But the central issue is how the Footscray midfield will go against the might of GWS. The Bulldog hustle was well down at the previous meeting. They were beaten up. The WB counter game was ok. (Leaving aside their occasional signature I50 bombing.)

The 'Scrays will have to be a lot busier this time. Without generating their awesome buzzing swarm they are chanceless against the AFL Monsters.

If I back Footscray it will be in running.

Cats have brought too slower team in tonight. Henderson for a small the tipping point.

Swans at $2.40 a great bet. Get on.

Oddly he has been played up forward. Dunno if he has played there at all this year.

Either way, the team Scott selected was too slow. Cockatoo et al needed to play.

Anyway, another outsider tipped as a winner from leysy.

Num Num Num.

Won't be going overboard as I don't have them on top, but Geelong looks a bit of overs for most team votes this evening.

Market is $1.30 Sydney > $6 Geelong > $7 GWS > $13 Adelaide > $21+ the rest

I have it $1.80 Sydney > $2.65 Geelong > 25s GWS > 33s Adelaide > 100/1 the rest

Brett Anderson on SEN say Champion data has Rory Sloane as winner ( but ineligible) and then a 2 way tie for 2nd with Dusty and (forgot who he said now! but it wasn't favourite....edit: Luke Shuey) and Danger coming in at 5th!

champion data could be the most overrated entity on the planet.

It was actually Inside Football based on their 'experts' player ratings for each game. CD has Danger winning in a landslide.
