2024 Training With The Ooze Crew

Dusty a week in rehab, but as per injury report just a turned ankle, (ran laps and straight lines for about 90 minutes.
Prestia now a week in rehab ran laps with Dusty for awhile and except did a lot more.
Bauer enters his 3rd week of rehab.
Coulthard has been in rehab since the 18th Dec but has not appeared in the clubs injury report, doing plenty of running and looks close but I did see physios working on his calf for about 15 minutes but then in got up and ran plenty of laps
Cumberland enters his 2nd week in rehab, he says it is just a niggle?
Grimes sad to see him doing very little pre and post Christmas  bring on the new breed, Grimesy looks cooked.
Juddy & Young : Doing all but contact drills, still doing grappling sessions to test out and strengthen their respective shoulders.

Ross, Baker & Shorty back with main group

SHAI!! Finally back to making other players look stupid :)
Hopper Is having a good pre-season

I am not seeing a lot to get excited about the last couple of sessions, (3 hour session yesterday), hopefully that changes soon.

Won't see Wednesday's session but should get there for Friday's
You may not know the answer to this Caesar but when will they start doing match sims? I’ll be interested to see if the playing style has changed at all, and also who lines up where on the field.
Will be interesting to see what, if much of any, changes are made on how we play and also line up. Small forward roles of particular interest for me

Just give the media short answers. "Yes", "No", "He is", "OK", "Yeah, good", "Doing well", "Have to get better" etc.
Players who don't want to do it should talk about what they want. No rule says they have to talk about AFL.

Interviewer: "Dusty, that was a one of the best individual performances in a game we have ever seen, talk us through it"

Dusty: "Yeah it wasn't too bad of a perfromance but I am more interested in talking about other things. Like Mate, have you ever heard of the tragedy of Darth Plaugis the Wise? It's ok if you haven't, not many have".

Not too late for him to retire! Could stay on in a coaching capacity and allow us to pick up both Lefau and Schofield. Or a kid in the MSD.

Hmm I thought that , to his advantage he moves well , towner was ssssslow sadly
But Towner made up for it with quality tackles and accurate kicking for goal as well as pinch hitting in protecting JR8 in marking contests...

There’s an open training session today 2pm at Cardinia
Hope there’s someone there to give a report

They trained for 3 hours yesterday so all that is likely to get reported today is whether the Mascots Sash & Stripes scared the kids or not ;)

Be great to see the players take the clueless journos down those rabbit holes.

Just play the ESG slaves at AFL house off a break by saying that the entire players and staff at the RFC identify as Mute.

Or just talk to them about something they have no idea about, like AFL Football
