realistically i'd say we can get 2 1sts & 3 2nds as the target, all inside 30-35.

A lot of unknowns mostly around how good the academy & father/sons are. If they turn out to be good enough the clubs in question can’t afford to pass up then we can sit back and deal for the best offer from each club. Will be a fun trade period

Oh yes, forgot about the Coulthard injury and also Tylar Young put a pic up on instagram post season of him in hospital after shoulder surgery and as you’ve said he’s still not in full training. Pretty sloppy stuff from the club really. It’s like they’ve only touched on best 18, then everyone else doesn’t matter

The reports I've heard from a few are very encouraging about this lad.

Could he and Sonz and possibly Coult be the injection of skill around the footy the club is screaming out for.

There's certainly some youth that will be attracting a lot of attention this pre season.

Sonz, McAuliffe, Coulthard, Clarke, Seth, Smith, Brown, Sammy Banks and Trezise.

I don't get the hate and criticism of Meehan,Gale is so professional that he would of terminated him if he's not performing ,seems to me that anyone getting injured and not returning quickly is his fault,the club knows better than us.

We’d only do it, because why play him unless he’s 100%. The fact that it will *smile* off the AFL is just a bonus.

Forwards

Thanks. Just thinking about Lefau, he could be an interesting addition to our forward line as a pressure forward. As per his VFL stats, he’s not a prolific marker of the footy, but he’d still be too big for a small-med defender, and too fast for a key defender. Spots definitely up for grabs in the forward half so I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing him play early (if he makes it on our list of course).
