On the current performances by the Tigers l don't see many aspiring coaches being interested in the Tigers coaching gig
Don’t like to be rude but that is the dumbest comment I’ve read since an hour ago. There will be prospective coaches falling over themselves to coach Richmond next year.
Not dumb but a comment on the state of our playing list and the enormity of the task of rebuilding it into a cohesive unit
I think we need an injection of fresh ideas. Hate to say it but Im a no for Mini. Chaos ball is losing out these days.

No, sorry but it’s dumb. There are only 18 jobs available and when a big club with massive supporter base and a healthy bank balance is looking for a coach there will be heaps of coaches tarting up their resumes. The enormity of the task is one thing, the opportunity to coach Richmond is another.
We will have the pick of available coaches.
Needs a shake up. Someone from outside who isn’t afraid to bruise a few egos. And someone who will place a premium on skills and work on them relentlessly.
Hopefully someone who recognises pace and endurance are somewhat important to success in modern football and can communicate that to our recruiters/list manager..

If that's the case then the recruiting dept needs to go as well. Recent recruiting has been terrible.
Totally agree. Recruiting, though, is in part driven by what the coaching team require for their game plan.
