His presentation was focused on season 2016 and a slump season. Wants to lift work rate, standards, believes we've got the talent and require some shrewd moneyball gets that he identified. Showed examples of standards that have dropped, identified efforts that went missing. Game plan that wasn't believed in anymore, other clubs who have done it better. Yze is going to be a breathe of fresh air. No more laziness that's for sure

Newman's presentation was a complete over hall.

Club had to weigh up, how many premiership players have we got? What are their age brackets? Yze believes in the playing group. What flexibility have we even got in the draft? That's why he wins this gig

However capable Mini may be, I believe the players need a truly fresh voice. Dimma left because his message was getting stale, and Mini has been there for several years also.

Yze sounds like he is a razor-sharp tactics man. Even though culture is a big factor IMO, I think we have an established culture already.

Just feels a bit blah with the choice being Mini or Yze? We are a big freaking club, why don't we have the best out there lining up in the Punt Rd carpark?

Buckley - why not pursue him, clearly the best available experienced coach, knowledge of the game surpasses nearly anyone

Even the Kangas were able to get Clarko..hasnt worked out the best thus far sadly, but the worst club in the AFL without a cent to their names were still able to get the best coach of the past 20 years.

Hopefully I (and most other RFC supporters) will be proven wrong.

Early GR Was terrific, set us up for 5 flags. Later GR Was a disaster, set us up for 37 years of heartbreak.

I want us to be ruthless in getting the best in all areas. Its one thing I admire about Collingwood, sorry the only thing.

Couple of those losses under Mini were non competitive witches hats stuff.
I am hoping Mini goes into beast mode when he gets selected in 2016 (Cheers 50 meters out!).
