2024 Draft Thread

I'm not convinced Norf will take Jagga at 2 - so take FOS at 1 (if we get pick 3).

if you were Toce, you'de want to be unequivocally unconvinced to not bid on the standout two best in class Ashcroft and Smith,

at 1.

this could be the strangest blindspot I reckon ive seen on PRE,

and there has been some doozys

If Ashcroft is anything like his brother then Brisbane are luckier than Collingwood with the Daicoss.

They would of won by 5 goals had Lalor played.
Rebels have a average back line, and a b-c grade midfield ,,so it was a good win considering Chargers have 2 highly rated mids ,,getting possessions is one thing, what damage you do with them is another.
50 & a goal against the wind cost.Along with Richarson living upto his namesake.Missed 2 shots from the same spot Faull kicked 2 in the last.

a kid whose about to earn $25m* playing footy for the next 15 years knuckling down reading Albert Camus and getting tutored on calculus?

I wouldn't want to be taking that bow in carry on luggage

*indexed
He will make 25mil and turn it into 500mil
Or would you prefer He make 25mil and blow it with poor choices?

Leaders learn knowledge and expand their mental capacity. Knowledge is power.

Chargers had a 16pt lead coming into the last ,,they just didn't defend well.
It doesn't matter if Faull kicked 10 in the last ,,he still kicked them ,and 5 goals was what you want from your key forward .

I agree.But the lapses in the 3rd cost .
BTW would you take Hannaford if so where?

Yeah this 'he has school theory so he isnt as good as Jagga' is pure rubbish.
I never said he was not as good as Jagga.
In my view he is a much better player.
How did the Chargers go while FOS was injured? Jagga was still racking up possessions. FOS came back chargers did much better...why?

I was thinking about Cody Anderson as a second rounder, until l found out he is a NGA,,so Hannaford takes his place ,and he can play mid ,and has a great attack on the ball, and player .
We need that type in our forward line ,and Hannaford is a really good kid .

Agree.Has that pesky annoying small fwd about him.

You reckon you can take Donut Guts and FOS? Too big a risk or would you roll the dice?
I like DG. I like him a lot. But he's gonna be injury prone. Still don't think he's a genuine midfielder at AFL level either.
