What are Judson Clarke, Steeley Green and Seth Campbell?
Chopped liver?

Tell that to Kinnear Beatson.Just on us not taking a tall forward.
The mid-season draft just doesn't throw up that talent. It's the hardest position on the ground where the most talented big men play.
These are the players taken that have has any impact at all:
Noble
Snelling
Pickett
Gardner
Newcombe
Peatling
Durham
McEntee
West
Culley
Menzie
With Ash Johnson, while a good player, is a 3rd tall at best being the only one resembling a key forward.
Tonight was never going to be the panacea or even going to anyway towards addressing our key forward woes at AFL level.

Prophetic. It's draft day again. The day when an obvious player that fills a need like Jack Buller falls to our pick and we pick some left field option no one has thought of.
Yeah. And it didn’t stop Hawthorn, WCE and Essendon from having a crack at a KPF either.Tell that to Kinnear Beatson.

Possibly, their first pick in the msd was a 24 year old KPD from Brisbane's twos. I guess they need as many as they can considering how dire their KPD depth is now with their starting KPD line all injured. He'll have Buller lined up to try out as a key back.
Or Mihocek. I’d happily take a 30-40 goal a year key forward at this pointwhat about that guy who used to play for werribee that went to the cats and had a succesful career.
Pods, he wasnt a high draft pick, someone like that would have been handy.
Yeah. And it didn’t stop WCE and Essendon from having a crack at a KPF either.
We don’t need a panacea. We just need an increase in options beyond Miller (useless) and Bradkte (injuries and diabetic) to maintain structure the next couple of years until we can get access to higher level quality via the Draft or FA.Just on us not taking a tall forward.

No more than you think we need a bunch more left footers (bizarre). You've always loved Dildoro.
McBean is driving him over tonight

I like Buller next to Logan McDonald, good pairing.Buller might do ok at Sydney, I've seen similar players excel, Heath Grundy for one, then there's Hayden McLean, the SCG tailor made for this type.
Disagree, none taken so you can’t tell if it works or not.Just on us not taking a tall forward.
