2023 mid-season rookie draft

My take is based on Kennedy retiring last year, and Darling is a cooked spud.

Yep, and Allen is coming back from injury, Nicnat is done and Lycett long gone. So Buller could be a good fit for them.

But I still think they have bigger needs :ROFLMAO:

It all adds up to a world of pain in the West. I am loving it.

Jimmy Rowe may have enhanced his MSD chances getting BOG yesterday in the state game. He’s really slimmed down. Played 17 AFL games last year but got squeezed out by the Crows getting Rankine.

I thought he looked very average last year.

Maybe with Dimma now gone, someone has been given the task of having 'the conversation' with Tarrant. There really is zero point keeping him on now.

Agree. First pick might demand an 18 month contract as Bauer and others did, I think there’s no harm in signing a second player for 6 months just to give them a shot. Never know! Better than a washed up 34 year old (sorry Tarrant, you were a fantastic footballer but gotta put the team first now).

Really like the look of Tyreece Leiu. 193+ plus dashing intercepting defender with heaps of scope for improvement.
