This is a truly interesting story this whole thing. Just amazing.

If the drug charges have been dropped and evo's rumour is true, then possibly, right now the WCE, the cops and the AFL are all sitting back going "Oh-oh." Meanwhile Cousins solicitor is going "Ching-ching."

Dunno evo. I heard the lawyer interviewed on 774 an hour or two ago and he said the cops had informed him they were dropping the drug charge but they'd still be facing the other charge.

I've worked in a drug rehabilitation field as well as casually used various drugs without physical or mental addiction for years.

Bit of a conflict of interest there don't you think.

No conflict...it was different times, the two have not coincided.

Yes ice is one of the most addictive drugs but it can be used on even a weekly basis without physical addiction. It may help performance if taken alone but people who take methamphetamines always combine with massive amounts of alcohol - without fail. The detrimental effects of alcohol & no food or sleep outweigh the positive of meth.

Professors who run drug clinics where people pay lots of money for treatment have a hip pocket interest.
I've worked in a drug rehabilitation field as well as casually used various drugs without physical or mental addiction for years. Don't believe everything you hear on Today Tonight, you probably couldn't even tell if your kids used it on the odd occasion.

Not sure what your point is here? Personally I'll always take a professional's word over a users due to the obvious conflict.

This is a confusing story that is unravelling. Apparently they have dropped the charges but as in this story they found the prohibitive drug oxycontin searching Bens Car

I havent read all this thread but any notion of getting Cousins in a draft is pure nonsense. He won't succeed (due to his spell at a clinic..how can you have a pre-season in the USA) and will probably create dis-harmony among the youngsters.

Steer clear.
