It's incredible how you decided to quote and enter into a discussion with me where I'd mentioned our 2 15th finishes, and then stated whoever has this stupid idea of us failing with Cuz just because we finished near bottom in his 2 years, definitely needs some education. Listening to Nova this morning, Ben didn't sound too confident in being able to play this week.
he basically said you don't always get a fairytale finish. He will sit down with the selection panel,coaches and can go till Sat to prove his fitness
I laughed though when he was jokin' around with the crew & said "hey I could make an impact on the game (in jest went on) I could get nude, jump the fence & go for sprint to get arrested"... hahaha

I was going to say X 1,000,000, mainly from a PRE perspective, but might have to reconsider. Judging by comments, and the ultimate faith some have in them, from the cast of thousands who are asked questions about Ben, it seems we're headed for an era of outstanding success on the back of his influence. 340 games and a club champion but I see Andrew McLeod wasn't going to patch himself up for a farewell game with the Crows as he didn't want to put himself above the team and hinder their chances of winning. That to me speaks volumes.
I would imagine Cousins & the club will take a similar line if he's not fit enough to play. No point being remembered as a hobbler in a losing team despite the coin it might generate in the short term.

All I have to say there are resaons why Hutchy still calls him a Drug Addict, and not a reformed drug addict. All this drug testing and pubic hair samples are just *smile* at the end of the day.
