WK4 Finals: Going For Gold.

I can't pick the GF winner. Leaning towards Sydney. Brisbane have more 'ifs'. If Brisbane can get a more even 4Q performance out of a few more players, eg Bailey, Hipwood, Paine, if Fort can hold his own, Neale and Zorko lift, they'll be looking good. They beat Geelong last week without any of that happening. Daniher will have to continue his good form too. Sydney training run V Port and week off could be good or bad, Amarty could do nothing, or everything.

If Hipwood played for the Tiges I think PRE would cease to exist.

IMO too many teams and the talent is spread too thin.

On the money Bones and another team coming into the Competition. In saying that Tasmania should of had a team years ago.

The AFL is paying Katy Perry $5 million to perform tomorrow, yet expect taxpayers to fork out $1B+ for a stadium in Hobart that isn't needed.

It's outrageous
I guess they could not pay Katy Perry $5m, but taxpayers would still need to foot the $1b plus bill for the stadium.

Katy Perry is delicious and all that but surely TISM should be playing every year? Especially with their latest offering "70's Football".

Fair choke by the Ducks.
4 GF losses in a row by Horse and Co.
Papley stunk it up big time.
Celebrate that.

For a club as well resourced as Sydney, four grand final losses in 10 years is an unforgivable disgrace.

That is all.

Pathetic effort from Sydney again. Just don’t make another one any time soon. Please.

How does that shape up now for teams who finish in the top two?
Two games in a month is not helpful. Elite athletes need to play.
Move it to the week after the Prelim so as the top two finishing teams get a chance to get their players back.

2 in 24 years? I rather the double chance.

The AFL have tried the week after the Prelim.
The Bulldogs have acknowledged without the bye before the finals they would not have got the players back and may not have won the Elimination Final.
I am not sure what the answer is.
