Where are you Tiger Army ??

Ah, going to the snow.Watching grass grow.Cleaning out the car boot.Picking up the dog crap............................................going to the in laws! Maybe 8412 that fear the last option.

Think of the uproar about fuel prices at the moment........

Indeed - it will increase approx 20c in a few months time (assume global prices are stable)

So let's call petrol $2.20 a litre

For a liquid that needs to be discovered, extracted, transported, refined, transported, sold......................

BUT - in lala AFL land we have a corporate malaise that thinks its okay to charge $5 for 375ml of water!

Yep water!!!!

Basic maths says that $12+ a litre!!!!

Don't get me started on $10 a schooner of beer!!

Or the $55 (MCC Visitor pass) cost to take a mate.

'smile' you AFL!

I have my Foxtel ($56 per month) on a ten year old 60inch plasma ........... washed down with a case of beer at approx $2 a can

Tap water is free and the kids can fill up on pies from the oven (approx $1.50 each!)

Not even sure my MCC membership is worth it anymore........... Luckily they've already come out and said the subscription for next year will be reduced 20%

The MCC seems to be listening to the feedback. Shame the AFL doesn't.

The should play it at a local footy ground and the spectators can park their cars around the ground.
Yeah - and unlike the local games I go to - you wouldn't have to worry about getting there early to get a good spot.

Big test this Thurs.
Anything under 50k should spell the end of Thurs night footy @ the G or Vic during winter.

No more then 7,500
Gill will be out the front giving tickets away.
Good one, Nafe/Dr Pink!

Seriously the only people out the front should be Police making you fill out a questionnaire as to why you want in!:))

My mate and I went last Thursday.
We sat in MCC Lvl 3> it was so sparse at 3/4 time we decided to go down to ground level and sat 3 rows back from the fence near the interchange benches.
Was great.
You certainly can't do that when the seats are ticketed/taken.

I think I heard it was lowest Richmond crowd in 12 years (since 2010 v Crows).
That was the Benny Nason kissing biceps match> on interchange bench before coming on.:mhihi
Rained and hailed in 2nd half and we won by 20 points.

Agree dudFest.

But more of a fixturing *smile* up I reckon.
Soon as Port was the opponent you knew not many would go.
If they are going to do it needs to be Rich v Scum set up like this week.
Agree 50 is the minimum.

Then again asking City Hall to use common sense when making the fixture is wishful thinking.
The corporate boffins down there are most interested in the real tough questions.
Chardy or Shiraz?

This sort of stuff should kill Thursday night, but bet it won’t. The AFL want it every round.

I think Thursday night games should be warmer places such as Perth,Brisbane, and never Melbourne teams at the G,too much against going, weather, coming from work ,
Having to work next day, country members just to far away mid week.
