When will Bernie go !!

Just watched the abbreviated version on Hardwick’s post-match summary on the AFL website and around the 00.50 mark of this 2 minute segment I wanted to jump through my computer screen and grab this idiot by the throat and throttle him!!!!!

Its one thing (and unacceptable) when a player puts his cue in the rack during a difficult game but never have I heard a coach admit doing the same %#$#^^& thing!!!!!!!!! That’s it RFC – you have a loser as your head coach with a deafest attitude whose approach to coaching is a disease. For his entire tenure at the RFC many supporters have questioned his game day capabilities particularly when the heat is on – not making changes, remaining stubborn in the face of defeat; refusing to be pro-active; not taking the game on are some of the continuing complaints directed towards this loser. In this part of his post-match summary he admits trying to stem the tide today would have simply been a waste of time.

Right there; the club has the reason to move this muppet on – to find a replacement NOW and not at the end of 2018 that will give 150% every game day and more and expect it from his players. Losing games is part of playing footy but to give up trying is a disgrace and something that should not be tolerated by those in charge of the club.

Great rant with no edits..
i agree by the way.

"We've got some reasonable performances at VFL level so we'll be looking there to get some players that are in some good form to play.

"We can't afford to have players play like they did tonight for a sustained period.

"We've been fortunate at this stage we haven't had the need to call upon our VFL players, but we'll certainly have a look and see what presents itself this week."

Where did Morris come from? The EPL?

Dimma is working hard to get another contract extension.

Many saw today's result as a reality wake up call. Not Dimma.

I reckon Dimma being a crafty survivalist, sold it to the board that he put the cue in the rake after qtr time to hide his true game plan for finals campaign.
The board broke out celebrating after the lose. Excited after being sold on what Dimma told them. Expect a contract extension for a year to be added soon.
Dimma: Into the 2nd qtr, diverted to game-style X - "Primary school football. Kick it as long as you can for the rest of the day" Fooled the Crows. Well done Dimma ! Legend
He has their measure for the finals. Wait and see :)

Agree.

Not playing that second tall was madness.

Adelaide adjusted at quarter time and have spanked us.
Yep.
Most on pre called it before the ball was bounced.
We've all seen umpteen absurd selections throughout Hardwick's tenure, a serial repeat offender of dumb decisions.

You can only prop Bernie up for so long before his weight starts to anchor you down. Best to let him float down the river.

Must instill belief in all players.
As soon as the big challenge arrived, he basically said ok, we are not good enough so will play this bloke and do this.
Was unbelieveable really.
Fact - if Hardwick coached Bulldogs last year they would still be flagless.
That on itself says to me we are still accepting mediocrity.
Jack laid it out early in week - let's take on the challenge. Why not? He was excited about it. Play our way and aee how we measure up..
Dimma - lets be dour etc etc..WTF.

Totally over his negative instincts.

" Too many passengers " he said & will look at replacing them from the VFl team. Only one there worth a ticket is Miles with Lloyd & Hunt with some experience.

Certainly out coached tonight. Not playing a second tall with our game plan was just plain suicide.

To then allow Adelaide two extra in defence picking up our pressured kicks forward, particularly from centre bounce another brain fade.

Also running a seven man defence of our own didn't help matters either.

Disappointing game from quarter time on.

Poor selections, poor coaching. So many shades of last year in yesterday's game. Perhaps Dimma set out to prove that his game plan of last year could still bear fruit. Yep, rotten apples Dimma.

Thread is a p!sser. You'd reckon we were 1-5. Talk about panic merchants.

I know right, and not just this thread but most others, all of a sudden players who have been vital to us being 4 and 0 can't play and must be dropped etc.

Dude look beyond the 5-1

We were smashed. Smashed. We have a great list, no doomsday there, but a coach who routinely blunts our best traits.

Your view is too simplistic and cheerleady.

It was 1 post, to read in my entire analysis of where we are and where we're headed into that is ludicrous. Not that that surprises me but.

Some would say yours is a bit simplsitic baz. We have a premiership list being hamstrung by the worst coach in history.
