When will Bernie go !!

I wouldn't be singing blakes praises just yet. Fast ball movement involves more than just kick it long quickly and pounce on the scraps.

I thought he was coach of New Game Plan?
It's a broader role than that, Caracella is responsible for everything that is performing well. Hardwick is responsible for everything that is going to crap.

it'll help if the handbrake on selection and player positions is released.

i can just imagine the list of defensive compromises Dimma has demanded of his more modern assistants.

If that is an allusion to Socrates, point well made. If it is an allusion to Rumsfeld keep trying.

Actually an allusion to what you and Sin Tiger were jaw-bonin' about

It doesn't feel to me like Bernie is picking these sides for some reason. Has someone checked if he really is alive?

He is travelling down the Bomber Thompson route.

I expect to see images of Bernie eating focaccias in the coaching box, followed by wacky jacky press conferences after the game while the big boys are having the adult conversations in the rooms.

True enough. But kick it long on the end of fast ball movement is way better than doing it when the defence is already set up

I would've prefered Oleg or Miles but I don't mind the Lambert in that much.

It seems awfully adventurous, particularly after a win. It just doesn't feel like Beavis is making the decisions.

Either way, I like the new Richmond.

Tide is too strong for Dimma at the moment.

If our momentum stalls he might try to swim back to the safety of the shore.

Selection has Balme's fingerprints all over it. Not the selections themselves, but the philosophy.

No doubt he had a quiet word with a few players at the close of 2016.

Much more effective than some *smile* review at the end of 2015.

Rearrange those words in the form of a sentence and I'll have a fighting chance of understanding it.

Seemed coherent at the time, I think there's a word missing.

In any case, you're playing devils advocate, I get it.

Tedious in light of your abandonment of Hardwick last year, yes?

I'm sure he's still alive.
However, this weeks selections prove ithat Damien is now officially a lame duck.
The ins and outs for this week are so unHardwick like it must be obvious to all.
Those crusted on apologists who have been making excuses for *smile* year upon year must feeling their bones beginning to rattle.

Geez, the influence of Balme and the new assistants can't help to hit you right between the eyes.
Where's Mappa & Co?

Great post Tets :hihi

Goes to show - why, why, why persist with a lame duck coach. Beggars belief.

Interesting to see whether the selection policy is thrown out the window when Hardwick is really feeling the heat

Couldn't have picked better oppo to play this week. Aspirant team, similar coach thrown in with not much senior experience and biased toward defensive structures.

I've tipped the Tigers because we have the better team. Over to you, Hardwick.
