When will Bernie go !!

Reminds me of Geelong. Balme came in sorted out the Coaching and Thompson was a multiple Premiership coach. Still a bad coach. Hardwick could be the same. Who cares as long as we win a few flags.

Apology accepted Baloo ;D

Hardwick was stubborn and refused to change, when he lost to Carlton 2 years in a row exactly the same way he clearly had to make changes as a game day coach, when he finally took a good hard look at himself, got the people around him that he needed , WALA! they are in a GF.

I am wrapped he turned it around.

Go Tigers.

Spot on mate. All credit to Hardwick for turning it around from some extremely dark times. Full Credit to the club as well for recognising what needed to be done and getting the right people and structures in place, as well as some ultra smart recruiting. It's hard to ignore the Neil Balme influence in all of this. I reckon he and Hardwick had some really interesting conversations last summer.

AFLCA coach of the year.

Not bad given all the negative traits we have been told he has.

Well done Dimma!

you are a cheer squaddie and that gives you zero credibility. always been the case :hihi

i have been right about hardwick's faults, the torrent of media coming from the club in 2017 is ample confirmation.

a few others have been right too. alas, you have been wrong and will no doubt continue to flail around in banner paper.

just glad the club held Dimma to account before our champions retired.

can't wait for saturday.

Forcing danny boy to take his daughter to the brownlow

Was clearly the act of a desperate man walking

Seems to be ample evidence that good people can actually change and improve.

Think that was the thrust of many a bright siders view.

Possibly a few examples of people attacking the man rather than the issues over a few thousand threads.

Clear thinking and a balanced view won out in the end.

Go Tiges

I do see his contract extended further after this year.
I hope the current crop of assistants stick by the club too. The current crop of all coaches really gel well and their combined drive has unified the place and brought success. 1 more game to win for the ultimate success
Its fantastic to see

Credit to Dimma for admitting he was the biggest problem of all. Done real well to turn it around.

Now let's win this thing

Go Tiges!!!!!!.
