A GWS player was on the ground with the ball and Brown was standing next to him on the far wing and the GWS player got up with the ball and ran off without Brown laying a glove on him. It was a pathetic effort.

We won yesterday so the torches have been extinguished for a week. They may well be relit by a few at the weekend.

Give them a chance. He's barely been able to get on the park. He had a wrist fracture the start of March, which then had a set back. Nothing to do with his football ability.
I imagine if we'd picked JVR and put him in our forwardline right now, with our delivery into 50, you'd all be saying he was a dud pick because he can't get the ball.
David King this morning on SEN stated the the half back flanker has become the most important position on the ground and that many people will hate hearing that. If he is saying that most of the list managers are already acting on it.
Have no idea if Tom is any good or not but I was quite underwhelmed when we called his name out as I didn’t think his NAB or Vic County form was all that good. Happy to be proven wrong.
