Welcome to Tigers: Jason Castagna

Chaos Costanza he sure causes chaos and disbelief with some of his *smile* ups
Hope he doesn't cost us a :cupgold

By making the simple look so impossible and *smile*it up

If he could clean those things up is a bloody difficult ultimate match up.

Chaos should be his new nickname.

Nearly took the mark of this century!

I kept on screaming 'don't kick it or handball it to Castagna'. Horrible horrible skills by hand and foot. Happy for him to have his moment in the sun but boy with the players set to replace him next year and beyond he better make the most of next Saturday. Won't get another chance to play in a grand final.

When those waiting to push him out can disrupt the oppositions defence like he can then all good. But he misses so many because he creates the chances deep in our forward line.

Thought George was good today. Sure some of his disposal is iffy at best but his big body creates a lot of contests that smaller body players would struggle with. Bolton will in time replace him but George has earnt his place for the GF.

Thought he was horrible with his disposal today, good defensively. He's played all year, can't drop him now.

Sure his contesting is great, even in the air where he competes above his height, but he cannot even dispose of the ball properly by hand, let alone by foot. He cost us about four goals with his stuff-ups. Cannot afford this performance in a GF.

Jason needs to go away, back to VFL, until he can improve his disposal, his skills and composure.

Corey Ellis for me: he's really improved in the contested ball area, but at least when he gets it, he knows how to use it effectively. And can take a mark too. Think the club will be watching his game closely tomorrow along with Short, Bolton and Lloyd.

CEllis is no chance of playing Castagna's role. Bolton is the only possibility but think they will leave the status quo.

So why can't CEllis play HFF? Castagna spent most of his junior career down back [and it really shows]. So don't tell me Ellis cannot go forward, or even Short, who is an excellent user of the ball. Bolton not able to exert enough pressure for a full game yet.

Ellis wouldn't last 5 minutes in the role. Too slow and not fit enough yet.

Yup. Ellis nowhere near quick enough. George made many mistakes but also involved in several goals. Cellos takes Grigg's spot - next year.

Bolton would be the only player to replace George. But if Bellis gets rubbed out I doubt we’d make another unforced change to the squad. Markova would probably step in for Bellis

Yep George only behind Dusty, Lambert and Rioli for score involvements, he had 8.
