Ha ha banana from 40 out on the boundary. The next step in his football evolution is to master the set shot from 20 out dead in front!

Maybe he should just play on and run to the boundary...................

Even Jack lines up with a banana kick from the pocket nowadays. Psychology.

Is he shaking his arms letting all those nerves loose?

Just relax dude.

Get him to the club pyscho...he is one wound up dude.

I can't handle his set shot kicking but he has been the best of the small forwards after Rioli's first quarter purple patch

He certainly can find it. Just really struggles to finish. Badly.

Easier to teach a player to kick straight than teach him to find the ball.

Yep. But it seems all mental with him. That's much harder to fix than skill or technique issues.

True. Let's hope this current purple gives him the confidence we need him to have.

George is almost a total gun ,,,he is a better footballer than butler bolton caddy and probably even rioli,,,if only he could kick straight ,,,

He ended up having a good night. But his *smile* ups are going to cost us against stronger teams.

I wish Corey Ellis could find it as much as him.

I liked how today he always found the ball. Also how much pressure he puts defenders under when they have the ball.

Yes his conversion was pretty poor. Probably should have kicked 5 or 6.

Was very good tonight.

I wonder if he was better without Jack as he has the same natural instincts as Jack on where to lead and he naturally (correctly) restricts his running patterns when Jack is in the team.

Work on your set shots George.

Seems to consistently find space in the forward line. Reminds me of when opposition players used to just stay off Daniel Jackson and just wait for him to turn it over. ::)

i have a prediction to make.

George will be a star.

He is allready our best forward

Be patient brothers

Has been our best small forward all year. His running and pressure is fantastic. Reckon he will improve his conversion. Hard to match up on.

Go George
