Shorts madness was just as dumd
Grimes dropped chest mark
Edwardz entire no show game
Cumberlands missed goals
Not one midfeilder gut runnin into the backline in that last minute...lose players everywhere

George ....not the only one

Shorts madness was worse
Grimes dropped chest mark worse
Edwardz entire no game
Cumberlands missed goals
Not one midfeilder gut runnin into the backline in that last minute

George ....not the only one
Nah mate George was worst -

Those were all poignant moments. Issue with George is that he *smile* up.everu single *smile* piece of play all night. Kicks for goal, spot ups to team mates, missed tackles, laziness. It was the greatest inept game I think I have witnessed since the late 80s / early 90s

The club needs to step up and do the right thing by George. Just stop picking the bloke, and the personal attacks on his limited ability can stop.

I just can't believe he got back in the side over Stack who's VFL form was miles ahead of Castagna's. It defies belief.

Love to have been a fly on that wall. What is it we don’t see or know driving that decision?

Been said before - but the craziest thing is that the club made the brave call to stop picking him a short time ago ……. and then made the weak call to pick him again just a few weeks later

In 2020 I saw George have a good game on the wing. Leave him in the VFL for a good stretch to develop other playing positions. Al la Daniel. IKamdyn is just starting to mark and kick a few. 'm spewing that good talent Stack and Noah C will be out the door. Too much data around these days. The only real data you need is the scoreboard. Kick a point and teams move it up the ground quiclkly and score themselves. Noah C's missed a few too as did MRJ, an many others but George's goal kicking is a joke.

Don’t agree - Short was silly but was an instinctive defensive action. Dumb but that’s it. Castagna is in his own Universe
Reckon you've got that one the wrong way round Swervin.
Georgie is simply Georgie at all times, we all know he has the horrifying capacity to make the simple bloody impossible.

Shorty on the other hand enacted a deliberate moment of time wasting sheer stupidity that was always going to be penalised with a 50. Reckon he was hoping they were far enough back that the 50 wouldn't bring them within scoring range n the team would have enough time to get back n set up properly for an extra ten or fifteen seconds of time wasting stoppages. Or perhaps force a point n then return to play slowly and in control of the ball.

We've been horrendous at gifting free kicks, down field free kicks n 50 metre penalties for years and we are simply getting worse and worse at it. Part of it is tactics to slow games, create stoppages n annoy *smile* out of the opposition. Lately though when we've not quite been the dominant team it's become more and more blatant and more an act of frustrated petulance than crafty niggle. It stops our momentum at times while giving oppo sides the opportunity to claw their way back into games, they know we'll react badly n stupidly time n time again.

See his partner had to make her social media private due to the abuse she was copping.

We do have some sulky wanker supporters.

Yeh, he's had a poor patch but the pile on is over the top. And the above news is pathetic. Wankers the lot of them. Abusing his partner? Fair dinkum cowards.

People are fkknuckles bag his play but never get personal and reach out to family or friends
He fked up but so did our Captain, dropped a chest mark, what Shorts excuse?
What was Miller doing?
Edwards on the wing was worse, couldn't even hit the ball forward to Graham .
This is common, these fade outs.
We said we wouldve beaten Sydney if pickett played, guess what he played on the weekend and we still got steamed rolled.

Watched last bit of the game still can’t believe George didn’t handball over the top for an open goal to Cumberland
How selfish can George be
Its upto MC to wake the *smile* up and drop him papers stamped never to play again
