Yeah me too. Weird thing is they TT’s over 2km and 3km but never train that endurance. I reckon that depending on the players position 400m - 800m times or repeat 200m times would be more relevant as they train that distance more. But young RCD looked pretty crook by the end of that run. However he probably still ran a time any of us would love to crank out.

Just watched an interesting video on the AFL website of the Saints on draft night trying to do a deal to get pick 16 to get RCD. They reckon he has enormous upside.

Interesting that Carlton managed to get a deal done for 19 and picked Stocker with RCD still in the mix.

The proof of the pudding will be in the eating some 3 or 4 years hence.
