Didn't get the jump at the gate tonight after missing a couple of starts, needed the run.

Absolutely agree. Good to see us rush a fumbling ten gamer back into the side. And love his contribution error ridden though it was.

I really hate the convoluted rules and reckon it should just be the BFYP, but it isn't, so well done Geezer!

LTRTR, are you able to tell me when the last time a player earned a Rising Star nomination against us?
 
It has showed his season goal kicking highlights on the club website. That collection of goals is brilliant. I particularly liked the one against the Eagles were he got the ball on the wing just in their defence half, and the collect and snap against the dogs.
 
I like his set-shot kicking too. Keeps it nice and simple, runs straight at the goals, drops the ball straight, follows through straight, and lo and behold, it goes straight!

We've got one here.
 
He has been a real revelation this year and this nomination is well-deserved.

Of all our young forwards, he appears the most likely to graduate to the midfield over the next couple of seasons.
 
Would love to know who has the title as quickest player on our list? Reckon it is out of Butler, Shai and Rioli. Don't know who to give it to myself.

Menadue has some pace too.
 
If I recall rightly both Short and Butler were sub 2.90 for the 20 mt. sprint and one of the main reasons we selected them.
