Welcome to the Tigers Nathan Broad

North are looking at him and Haynes from GWS ,( what ever happened to Haynes? He was a top player,)
Broad straight swap for Duursma
Broads not leaving the RFC.

He said all along he aint playing anywhere else.

Freo and GC already had a decent crack at him after 2020 and 22.

Already clarified he's not interestred in playing elsewhere, and wants to REMAIN A TIGER AND HELP THE REBUILD .................. unlike a few others reportedly looking to jump.ship.

Nice. Expect nothing less from a Swan Districts man.

Is it too cynical to say that Broady can sniff some salary cap space opening up?

He’s been super this year so hope he gets what he can.

Still under contract.

I'd be very surprised if Broad leaves the RFC to play elsewhere.

He has stated many times that he would only wear the RFC guernsey unless they told him they didn't want him.

Sheesh, North have 2 players on their list older than Broad. Why, in the stage of their evolution of 3 wins for the year, would they contemplate paying overs for a contracted player who's an unrestricted free agent the year after? These stories are laughable.

We tend to forget that coming into the 2017 final series Broady had played 9 senior games. He wasn't a senior player at the start of the year.
He was great through our premiership era but I reckon he is a better player now. Playing the best footy of his career.

Broad had three premierships after playing 75 games, a record. Which is still astonishing when you think about it.

70 games!
Jack Graham was a popped shoulder away from playing in 3 premierships in his first 56 games.

Yeah. I remember reading that his internal stats/measures in the VFL were off the charts in those years - he just demanded a senior spot, came in and just killed it. Amazing.

Move over the tassie Devils. A new team will enter the comp in 2025 called the Richmond Tigers
We might start from scratch next year. Screenshot_20240808_180645_Facebook.jpg

Extended his contract by another year seems strange guess the rumors of clubs wanting him his true. Need to pay 90% of the cap so happy to pay him plenty for his service

Well deserved. Definitely looks like he has another couple of years in him.

Transition leader. Richmond man.
