It is an interesting one Smoking, i understand the angst and anger, however i am also of the opinion Balmey should have probably called the KID Sunday morning and said mate, thats not on, your a paid professional athlete with RFC and the issue is dead.

Just wondering, did any other players from other clubs decide to do this?
It's so Richmond of the last 35 years, slightly unprofessional and makes the club look soft.
So dumb. I've no doubt the club will have words with him. And so they should. How would your workplace feel if photos of you in one of your major competitors gear started rolling in?

The closest thing I can remember is when I read a Wayne Harms profile. Apparently someone asked him who he barracked for as a kid and he said 'Richmond, still do' he explained it later saying I barrack for Richmond, I work for Carlton.

Yep i thought along those lines when i saw people giving the kid grief, people need to remember unlike you and me these kids dont get to pick who they work for, they get drafted and thats it.
They have barracked and supported a club as passionate as you and i, there is know way i could give up my emotional attachment if i was picked to work somewhere else.
