Like others really enjoyed his game tonight. He's hard at the ball, runs all day, a good kick and really good at ground level. If he can physically do it, I expect he could play every game this year. Will be a ripper. Could 2014 be out best draft for a long long time.

Add to that potentials in Butler, Short, Mckenzie and Castagna, this draft could easily be our best in a very very long time.

The Tiges had a pretty bad game tonight.

I was impressed with the way Connor Menadue fought.

In fact, I think he is a future captain.

You have gotta love what Menadue and C Ellis bring to the table. Absolute class, composure and good decision making. Both boys numbers will improve with more exposure at the elite level so i hope they are permanent fixtures in the side for the rest of the season. Future leaders and tiger champs.

I hope Dan is in the process of signing these two to long term contracts.

My highlight of the year so far. Looking like he can become an elite player. Was probably the best player in the first half

Surprised how quick he's come on already. His decision making is top notch. Always moves the ball the right option or spot.

Once he ads that bit of hardness he looks like been a very good modern footballer

He has the hardness just no muscle to do anything with it. It's the muscle he needs, the desire is well and truly on display. More bullish on him than anyone else. Literally my highlight of the night.

No, but there are plenty of us wishing we did. Though I reckon Weitering will have it down up by May. Jeebus that kid can play. Best no 1 pick for a long time.

He's no Townsend ;) but totally agree, gets a bit heavier, crunches in a couple of times realises you don't get hurt if you go hard and away we go

Really liked his game. Could be something. Pace, smarts, uses the ball well, some desperation about him. Might have finally unearthed something special with a second round pick.

Damaging. Quality not quantity.

Unique skill set. Not sure what he ends up but he's got something.
