Welcome to the Tigers - Connor Menadue

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

It says a lot about the standing of Arnott, McDonough and Lennon that Menadue was promoted ahead of them. He's not ready yet and needs more time.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Has more muscle definition than Beano

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

He visibly shat himself when he was taking that shot for goal. Everyone in the stadium could see him thinking too hard about it and it showed in the outcome.

Nowhere near ready. But doesn't need to be

Got a taste for it. Needs time but will be a good player.

Tough crowd. He didn't exactly put it out on the full.

Agree. Didn't think he looked near ready. I'm starting to wonder if some of those named above are going to get offered new contracts.

Needs more time and more size. He only came in because Edwards was a late out. Edwards will be back for the Port game, and if he isn't Griff will. Glad he got a taste and glad it was in a win, should make him more eager to get back in.

Didn't mean he did a bad job of it, just that he looked like he knew he had 60,000 people watching him. That's clearly first game nerves and will be better for it

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Interesting that he got another game. I guess they are hoping for that injection of pace V Port. Fingers crossed he gets more touches this time.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Love it that Connor gets another game of experience. I believe we should be getting games into McBean, Elton, C Ellis, and Arnot or McDonough as we are still a way off being top four material and need to keep developing. Don't think some of the regulars over the last two years ( we know who they are ) will get us to where we want to be.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Surprised that he stays in but very happy at the same time. Grab these chances with both hands Connor

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

Nice fast track for Connor to run around on and use his pace - probably be the sub, but would be nice to see him get a full game.

Re: Welcome to the Tiggers - Connor Menadue

It's a complete joke that he gets another game when he got 1 possesion in a quarter when Gordon and Lloyd get it 10 times and get dropped
