Welcome Hugo Ralphsmith

Liked his game. Some smart touched around the ball, didn’t look overwhelmed when things were going badly.
Dow and Hugo are certainly an upgrade on Ross and Naish

Played a good game, might be one of those players who is suited to the higher level.

agree, kamdyn is unfortunately a casualty of today's game but might just find his way back if we make finals
Kamdyn is out injured and will walk into the team as soon as he’s fit.
Not sure what you guys are on about but you’ll be disappointed.
Unique player and a vital cog.

Not to compare them, but people said similar things about Castagna once upon a time. We need more from our wingers, just as we need more from our small forwards.

Hugo is the sort of player who can kick you a goal in games where you're caught in an arm wrestle.

He's capable of breaking a line and putting it through on the run from 50 or 60 out. Played mid forward, he doesn't need a lot of the ball to do some damage to the opposition.

needs 2 BIG summers in the gym. Pushed off the ball too easily but as expected at this stage of his AFL career

Yeah he’s still a AFL baby Pops. His develop has stalled with lack of and interrupted game time.
But he has the frame, and some tools to work with. I hope he has the hard burn and desire to get the best out of himself

His run was great, ball use excellent and ruggedness surprising.
Only a lightly framed kid so I'll cut him some slack but there were a couple of occasions where the ball was in the air and he put his arm in places he needed to put his body.

Could be just an aberration not a trait so I'll reserve judgement until he has a larger body of work at AFL level.

You are right Cooper. I really like this kid, but i've noticed it on a couple of occasions. May just be a confidence thing.

Surprised how quickly everyone has written McKintosh off.
5th best snd fairest last year and now the game has passed him?
Bit harsh.
Have always been a fan of Kmac even when others weren’t, but the game is totally different now and with everyone running one way his turnovers (and others) are just way to deadly now. It’s almost a guaranteed goal against when it happens.

A winger who can hit targets and kick goals are gold. Hugo has shown glimpses of this. Upside is huge.

Like the time he went back into the defensive square and spoiled for a behind ? If you're going to question a kid, you might also want to acknowledge when he went back with the flight and saved a goal. When the game was in the balance as well.

The game has certainly changed but one thing hasn’t.
Win the centre clearance and kick it long to a leading target who marks and kicks it through the middle from 25m out.
It’s a fairly simple game when you think about it.
KMac’s job is still to close down space and provide a link. We haven’t got anyone better than him atm.
Until we do, he’s an automatic selection

No comparison This kid shows more skill and polish then Flappers.
Flappers 2 set shot misses against Wc has contributed to where we find ourselves today.
Ralphsmith is the future
