and I'm pretty sure right after this. Petracca picks the ball up in our D50, drives to drive into a through a tackle, drops the ball and again it was called play on.
Add to that, a player that tried to duck under a tackle just inside our D50, and was paid a high free, just lucky that the twat played on and put it through for a behind.
I remember the ‘high’ tackle. That was another one where I shouted ‘He ducked into it!’ Every time a player does that it should be deemed prior opportunity and paid as holding the ball. That’ll soon stop the ducking.
What? Buddy escaped any penalties for his contact with an umpire? No way.
FMD wooden spooners again. So all of six games into the season n there's 90 free kicks differential between the top n bottom, simply breath taking n mind boggling.
I did read somewhere that Dimma had approached the AFL about the free kick differential.

Thanks TF. I was sitting there Sunday night and it was just like the umps were willing the Dees a goal in that 15 min period. It was that bad it looked scripted.
It ain't just the free kicks the opposition get, it is the non-calls that kill us also.

True. Admittedly, we kicked 3 goals and hit the lead just after this, but gifting questionable (noticed the ? I typed) frees so quickly (7 in 7 mins) can deflate any team's confidence.
