Training For Redemption in 2022

Poor Banks has been in the rehab group since he was drafted.

Cotchin spent a lot of time in rehab when he first started

We don't need anything from Banks for this and next year. Just get his body right and build from there. Plenty of other options to look at first.

Don't know didn't look too bad, did Cotch play out the full game Saturday? heard he starred in the 1st half and maybe didn't play the 2nd? I didn't catch the match.
I'd expect they are working the Chimp into things slowly.

Of most concern is Cotch Lambo and Graham all rehabbing and being managed.

That's 3 of our 4 key central 2 way running midfielders.

It was reported on Chanel 9 that Cotchy was seen getting precautionary scans at AMI Park on Monday morning

Longest recovery from broken wrist in history , how bloody long would it take , draft was like 3mths ago and I take it he was injured some time before that

Lots of bones in the wrist, my partner broke a bone in the wrist and it took many months to fix and she has permanent issues. Some of those bones also get little blood supply so can take ages to heal. Best err on the side of caution with a young player.

Theres also the TFCC that can be damaged. I damaged mine in June and took months of therapy to get it close to being right again. I think it took 5-6 months of therapy to regain strength, as the main way to repair it is to increase muscle mass and power in your forearms etc to take the stress away as there is no guarantee that the TFCC will ever fully recover, and then you need to do exercises that "teach" your muscles / TFCC to work together again.

Blobbo?? Lynch over-rated???
He failed to acknowledge that Lynch was injured for a big chunk of last year. Failed to acknowledge that without Lynch we don’t win the premiership in 2019. Also played a big part in our 2020 premiership. But yeah he is overrated.

But he will be the first to claim Stringer as the best player in the game. Clueless.

I thought he was going to be wiser after his operation, but nothing's changed.

I never really doubted Shedda would be a star. I’m not so sure on Dow. He can live off a handball as opposed to a kick but he’ll have to be pretty special. We watch with interest.
Greg Williams won a brownlow being purely a handballer.
