Not sure about your physical abilities but it's quite easy to raise your studs and shove someone in the back standing in front of you. Michael Long used to do it all the time.

No it's not, not whilst you're playing footy going for marks. Maybe easy if you have no intention getting the ball and just going the player. Knee goes up to get the elevation, not the underside of your boot. I don't remember Michael Long doing this all the time but if he did there must be plenty of photos to show this. As I said I always got knees in the back, never studs.

Long was one of the first players to go for the mark and stick his foot out to 'prorect' himself. Should have been cracked down on then. He also collected a Richmond player in the face witn a boot. Can't remember who it was. Went off the field for treatment and sported a decent bruise from the encounter. This is at least the second time Greene's done it this season, and it now looks like it wil, take a serious injury to someone for the AFL to actually take action against the practice.

Yes, that's when you're in front or side on to another player going for the mark. Again I was referring to a comment about that action from behind, sticking the studs into someone's back when going for the mark. Not easy to do.

This goose has a looking history of being a flog. Iirc this is the muppet who spat on Conca a few years ago, Reece unfortunately responded in an " over enthusiastic " way.

Mind you I don't blame him for being angry, it's just a pity his reaction was too strong

TT is that right?

Didn't realise it was against GWS and that was this incident.

All I can picture is Reece getting upset and chased a player near the boundary and gave a nice hook from behind.

Remember the uproar. If it was that incident and Greene, he should have giving more to go on with.

Spitting is a disgraceful act .

Think that was Devon Smith that Conca reacted to

How can he have learned anything if he has no regrets?
