Fabric going around in race 3 at Kyneton today. Fairly good field for a maiden but she is fit and well and should be thereabouts at the business end. Stays at 1200m for this run and would have liked to get out to 1400m+ but given likely pace she should sit back off them and hopefully sprint quick enough. Each way - currently $6.50.

Had a good day Cup Day and managed to back a winner trained by DKW!!!!! Fifty Stars - was smart and took $2.60 early and couldn't believe they bet $3.40. Still happy to back a winner, managed to find a few others to record a profit at the end of the day.

Just a little too far for Tess in the conditions Easy, 1700m was probably 200 too far. Fourth of course, so our each way missed out.

On to Oaks Day and have had a crack at DKW's Amphitrite in the Oaks (which makes Verry Elleegant a special). Assuming the track is not too rain affected have had an each way bet on Black and Tan in Race 2 ($41/$11) and Malibu Style in Race 6 ($26/$7).

Good punitng all

T44

Have a saver on Malibu Style but couldn’t go past Super Cash.

Oaks Day usually a punting graveyard for me but will bet anyway. Humma Humma, which I have never backed, will have my shekels. Stratocaster looks well priced. Small bet on Collectable in the race where I’ll pick the wrong Weir runner if I go down the DWK path.

I've come around to Collectable EW in the Oaks. Can't back a Weir runner, whichever one i back the other will win (a la T44)

I like Collectable too JB. Bred to stay, came home best last over 2000, Jmac aboard.

there's a lot to like at the price.

Good luck with Fabric, i've taken a quinella with the one Lane is on, it's his only ride for the day.

Have got Aristia at $34 and Dark Confindant at $41 in the Oaks. I'm a huge fan of Amphitrite so will take some exotics.

Aristia you ****** beauty!!!!

Well done Tigerman, very nice odds.

Got out in the last Bleu Roche saved my bacon. Not too sure what happened to Amphitrite.

Black and Tan was going to be in the finish but got smashed by a tiring horse.

Stakes Day to go, will post my prognostications tomorrow.

Cheers scotty and T44, i'm trying to cure myself of bloody multi's, i do a lot better without them.

Getting a reprieve from my dud tips on the horses I have a very small share in - no runners for at least the next 6 days, therefore no 2nds or 4ths to worry about.

Am having a good carnival and a couple at good each way odds for tomorrow are Rosehill Race 2 No 5 Ducale ($31 Sportsbet) main downside is only two place dividends. Also Sunshine Coast Race 8 No 2 Shamurt ($19 TAB) and Morphettville Race 8 No 12 Willochra ($17 TAB). At Flemington, like Ringerdingding, Redkirk Warrior and Blair House.

Good punting all

Ringerdingding's last run was certainly a back me next start run, I like the top weight too, Long Leaf. Will back Long Leaf each way and have the quinella with Ringerdingding.

I reckon Pleasuring is good each way value too, i think Weir is going to have another big day.

Good luck everyone.

good punting TMan. Nothing better than collecting on an all-in future bet. Makes one feel very smart and wealthy. :fing32

Im not one for Multi's. Rather collect and reinvest strategically. My punting year ends with The Cup (although im going to end at The Derby next year) and begins again in the Sydney Autumn. So I'm done for the season.

JB's up for the Unco's. I think if we can finish the year in the black, it will be an outstanding achievement after our 23 straight outs. We are only an 8-1 winner away from glory.

JB($0)

Leysy($0)
Tigerman($0)
Tigersnake($(59)
Spook($0)
STC ($31)
Elmer ($0)
Bernie ($105)
44 ($30)

I will take the evens on Blair House before it runs at $1.80 tomorrow. Just to try and get on the board.

Who's winning the Stakes tomorrow?

Redzel or RKW?

With Pierata and Kementari in, it's arguably a better field than the Everest.
Kementari if he handles the straight will take a lot of holding out, going to back him tomorrow and it'll be a good bet if Pleasuring or Long Leaf win earlier in the day.
Spright is way overs, have got her at $51 with the win boost.

Long Leaf is scratched.

Learning some lessons this year. Monster Derby Day as usual. Tips posted here, then kept powder dry on tough punting days Cups and Oaks.

Ready to go again:

Rc 1 - As Passem

Rc 2 - Danon Roman

Rc 5 - Jaameh

Rc 6 - Sheezdashing

GL ALL. Especially ET on Kementari who's a nag that always needs it. ;D

sacked him Leysy.

Cant see Redzel getting beat TBH.

But my punting year is done and my research turns to ways to profit from Tom Lynch the RFC
