R4 - Kaphero

R5 - Pompeii straight out & quinella with Casual Pass. No pace in this so it could get tricky. Hopefully it wont.

R6 - Bon Hoffa. - Raheeb, Sea Battle & The Fuzz will go in multiples.

R7 - Lord Tavistock. Save on Duporth.

R9 _ Bel Mer, she'll be flat at the end of 1200 which she doesnt quite get. Should still beat these though.

Impressive win for sure. It is either very good or it is a weak year for 3 yo's.

Only had one winner in Alamosa and didn't have enough on it.
Was on Lucky Secret, and I'd declared him the winner 100 out, was counting my money, couldn't believe it lost. Was on Bel Mer also, just a very unlucky day.

Poor fella done it in the Yalumba on Saturday.

Its the near-fore flexor tendon, the original injury was an off-fore suspensory. Spose that happens when they favour legs.

As for Pompeii costing leysy money, he's won truckloads on the horse. Miles in front. Love his guts.

Still think the Hussler is a good bet. It has now become popular to write him off after one bad run that the jockey should have been tar and feathered for. The distance is a unknown but before last run there was no issue. One swallow doesn't make a summer. Also like Guillotine but barrier 21 is a worry.

Gunna be hard to give good horses weight. (i.e Littorio) over a distance he hasnt run over leysy reckons scoop.
Its by far his biggest test in a race.

But as you say, he's been written off so might get out to silly odds if you like him.

As for pubs, leysy's a fan of the Orrong on High St Prahran. Good grub & the coldest beer leysy's drank in melbourne.

Bit hard to answer this question RST as there are numerous options and they are all pretty good these days, unless you win too much in which case they will restrict your maximum. Look for those with attractive joining offers (free bets etc).

Betfair still offer the best odds.
