The RIP thread

Charles Bradley, the acclaimed soul singer and exuberant live performer who saw his career ascend late in life, has died at 68 .. Cancer :( .. saw him live twice once at the Corner in Richmond and once at an amazing twilight show at the Zoo in 2014..was amazing live

Theres more travelling Wilburys in heaven than down here now.
The Big names just keep on checking out ................................

hope David Clayton had Category 1 seats from above. I would joke with him would be a race - casket or a Richmond Flag having waited so long. Lets hope the party up there is as good as down here.

Now we know why GAblett was wanting to come home for family reasons and wanted privacy in relation to why.

Just heard his sister Natalie passed away today.

Condolences to the family and the little champ.

RIP

Very sad, especially for the family left behind.
Apparently suffered from mental illness and suicided.
It seems to be coming prevalent in today's society.

Unfortunately a good mate of mine decided that he'd had enough of life & checked out. We're all devastated.

Sympathies to you all. Geez it hits hardest at those left to cope with it all. :'(

Same here TT. Not a close friend but still someone we knew took that option. Also sounds like a king hit death in a local pub. Also a farm bike death on a neighbouring property. Sad sad week.

Bugger. Malcolm with early-onset Alzheimer's and now George gone at 70. Wonder if Angus will pack away the school uniform.

I'd say it's already packed. With Brian Johnson's ear issues he hasn't really got a band anymore.
All good things come to an end. :guitar

“The Club was saddened to learn of the passing of its oldest member Les Manning at the age of 104.

The only Tigers supporter to witness all 11 premierships, Les celebrated his birthday at Punt Road in April and was certain he would see another flag this year. We are so glad he did ”
